Sela Pass in Arunachal Pradesh, maybe?

Dauji (Baldeo), past Gokul (Mathura 24kms) which is Balaram's village, elder brother of Krishna.

This Balaram Deity was installed about 4900 years ago, and allegedly hidden in the large Ksira-sagar tank just behind the temple, to hide it from Aurangzeb's troops. It is one of the most intense, sensual and fun Holi experiences, also along with copious bhang thandai offered by the priests, that Balaram had a penchant for.

Balaram was eyeing up Radha, Krishna's consort of course, so the Gopi's got together to beat the lust out of him. But if you do ever get the opportunity, go there for Holi, and rather than spectate from above, actually join in on the Temple floor - not rowdy and, the fun is Intense...

Its Holcim Cements (Ambuja Cements) not Jaypee, but ya right, Darlaghat
Jaypee is at a lower elevation, some 25-30kms from Darlaghat!
