Latest Pre-trip Purchase: Lowepro Slingshot 200AW

Since buying my new Sony A300 a few weeks back I seem to be buying a new gadget to compliment it every week. All these new purchases are heavily disguised as "they're absolutely essential for the India trip darling".

This week's gadget is a new camera bag, the Lowepro Slingshot 200AW.

I thought I'd mention it as it really is a great little product, which only cost me £41 from eBay/China. However my eldest daughter does remind me that "it's only a bag" quite frequently.

I bought this after a friend of mine showed me his Slingshot 100AW but unfortunately it was a little too small to fit the SonyA300 + Tamron 70-300 lens in it. But the 200 is perfect, fitting my camera, 2 extra lenses, accessories/leads and my video camera in it too.

Yep, its a great excuse to stock up on upgraded equipment. Bought 2 camera packages that way, not mention aninflatable airline bed and on and on..
