Fun Faux Fotos!

I recently posted a number of "polaroid" photos that a few of you found appealling so here's where to do your own: http://www.rollip.com/
This site lets you upload your pic and then download a "polaroid" version. Make your good shots look crappy and your bad shots interesting! I like it.

That was taken early 2002. Looks much older, doesn't it?
Interestingly, many of the photos you think will work don't really respond that well to the process, and some you would just toss out end up looking pretty cool.

Go to rollip.com as mentioned above, click to start, select the effect you want (I used small polaroid effect 4), upload your photo, view the results and download it if you are happy with it.
The processed image is small and low resolution, so while suitable for viewing on a computer it's not really suitable for printing. You could resample it to a larger size and higher dpi for printing. The loss of detail may not really be a bad thing in this case.
