Flickr surprise

I've had a flickr account for a few years and what is so surprising to me is that my most popular pictures are of my Indian Educational Charts.

My most popular one is Good Habits. It's had about 2400 hits already. http://www.flickr.com/photos/proxyindian/2637700386/

4 of my 5 most popular pictures are of these posters. There must be a need for them. I'd like to be better known for my own photographs rather than just taking pictures of charts. Oh well. At least there's some traffic.

I love these Charts. I look for them on every trip.

(One of my pictures got a lot of traffic but that was because it was a vintage one of me in a girl's red cloak, and someone at a fetish site linked to it, and it became very popular... I removed the image because I wasn't so comfortable with that.)

People are uploading everything and anything on Flickr these days, so it doesn't surprise me that your charts are popular. I enjoyed them myself for their quirkyness.

This isn't the first time my pictures have been used. This woman here, http://users.uoa.gr/~geeraae/, used two of my pictures in an scholarly text about images of animals in Indian art. These pictures are not featured on her site but in her book, http://www.brill.nl/default.aspx?partid=210&pid=30 789.
