Finding fancy film (b&w) in Delhi or Jaipur or anywhere?

I was curious to know if it is possible find fancy film in either of these cities or anywhere else. Frankly it is hard enough to find it in Berkeley, California....

I would be looking for Ilford SP2 (C-41 process) or Ilford Delta 3200.

What are the costs like? Are there a lot of places to get standard (not c-41) b&w developed?

I have shot a reasonable amount of film in India but oddly never been into a camera / film developing place.

(Jee and Ji used interchangeably in different references)

Is reported as the best place to buy film in Delhi. This place is said to be the main supplier of professional film and other shops buy from them. No idea if that is true of course.
