CANON SLR shops in delhi/ CanonSLR 1000D - how is it?

hey ppl!
could anybdy suggest me shops in delhi whre i could buy a new Canon SLR camera at a price less than the price in CANON stores or showrooms.

Go to Pritam Sons at chandni chowk, Delhi, u will get cameras cheaper than showroom price with all papers.
Please inform me after purchasing your camera and let me know the difference of price in between Pritam's and Showrooms.

You could always check with Rama colours , its a multi brand outlet and a proper showroom but they accept bargaining on certain items.

Canon 1000D is a very good camera, if your budget is under 30K, if u want to invest more, go for Canon 500 D OR NIKON D 90.

To try out all sort of Canon cameras especially high end SLRs, visit the Canon Lounge at Ambience Mall in Gurgaon. They have a huge variety of camera and camcorders on display. You can click photos, shoot videos, hold the cameras, mount them on tripods, try out various lenses etc etc and the sales guys are very helpful.

The Canon Lounge only displays the equipment. You can buy from CP there are two or three dealers there, the details which can be got from the Lounge.

And suppose you are granted a wish. Will you buy the canon 7D now or wait for the 1D next version expected in January. Or will you only go for full frame.I am just trying to avoid the research, hoping you might have done it already.

I got my canon 1000D from fotocolor emporium, CP, New delhi for Rs26500/-. I tried Pritam studios in chandni chowk but they dint have it and they were offering d same camera for 25800.
Well the satisfaction that canon shop gave me is beyond compare.
