Availability of Canon DSLRs in India

Are Canon DSLR bodies widely available in India - specifically places like Delhi, Agra, Jaipur? And if so, are prices comparable to New York prices? Thinking about models like XTi, 400D, 20D, 30D.

Visiting India for first time in December and trying to decide if I will bring a backup camera/body for my 5D. I would like to not bring a backup and if the worst happens, pick one up at a local dealer.

Thanks much!

Kodak still has the widest selection and best prices for cameras in India, if my info is not out of date . . . .

It is best to buy from there. Things are too costly here.
