Travel Insurance
Hi All,
I'm not sure which category this fits in so i've decided Yak Yak Yak will do until it is reassigned by the mods. I was hoping for some advice on buying 6months travelling insurance. I will be travelling worldwide (well, India, South east asia, china and europe) and wanted to know if anyone can recommend a good deal. I've found this website: http://www.gapyeartravel.com which charges £94 for 6months and covers some of the most hazardous sports I could plan to involve myself in as well as loss of luggage money and medical fees. Any advice would be smashing. Mark

That sound like a good price, I wish we could get it that cheap in Australia, we apy about $180 AD for 6 weeks. I would just shop around my brother is from Sheffield and manages the cheapest insurance for his trips...just definatley get some before you travel

Namaste,
Just make sure that you get coverage to fly you back home asap, so you get proper medical treatment. I will try to remember the folks I used and post them, peace, gregor

Has anyone had any experience of gapyeartravel.com or insurefor.com. They seem very cheap but I worry that this means they have very limited cover.
Thanks, Ben |
