A Japanese company is manufacturing these travel accessories.
1. A huggie - dunno if it is inflatable.
2. A head support with suction pad - will be great to sit and sleep in a bus or train - while travelling in India.

I'd worry about the head support becoming stuck to the seat, but I find the "huggie" particularly alarming! 
Is the Huggie adjustable for different levels of intimacy? 
I used to have a book of crazy-weird japanese inventions (like floor-duster slippers and umbrella helmets). The rule was that they had to be really good practical ideas, but totally useless in practice! These look just like pics out of that book
