Sitution Katmandu........
i was there and saw it all, it all started with tyers burning on the road... and then POOOOOF things went up in flames crowds running wild ....yes this time it touched there raw nerve......Nepal is a peacefull country and people are loving and honest.....( thats my experience) but ..this time things went in a tizzy...
the country side is safe as the Maoist have said " we will not harm tourists" ... the clampdown which was there for the past week has been lifted...... so lets enjoy this beautifull country ........... tally ho The bladeruner.... |

great news
good news, as the road blocks were still bad last week ...Long may it continue, as i will be overlanding from Khatmandu to Darjeeling in India via Kakarbhitta & Panitanki in January..saying that i will be staying pretty vigilent..I left Kathmandu last, just as the troubles started , and i am looking forward to getting back into this beautiful land ......
