relax dude,
this is a holiday trip, not your final exams . u shld enjoy wherever u go. as far as height is concerned, ooty is at a higher altitude (around 7000+ feet). also, dodabetta peak near ooty is the highest peak in south india - almost touching 9000 feet.why don't u download n install google earth. then u will have a bird's eye view of both these places (literally speaking). . zoom in to these destinations and then u can get a feel of hte place. u can even tilt the view and watch it horizontally to see what the place is like.if u r looking for heights n clouds, more chance of getting them around ooty since it is slightly higher. go to webshots.com and search for ooty and kodai. like me many other ppl would have posted their pics. anywyas, if i had 3 full days, i guess i would have gone for kodai + munnar. but since u want to go to only 1 place, i suggest ooty. but make it a point to visit kodai in ur next trip and finally, chillax. remember, treat it like a vaccation, not an examinatio cheers |
