Travellers Cheques!!
Hoi
For the places you've listed it is advisable to take Euro Travellers Cheques!! Amex cheques are fine their available at the GWK or from the Rabo/ABMAmro. As far as how much goes, well take 400 euros that should see you through three weeks no problem and for those unforseen emergencies take your bankcard and or creditcard!! You can use your ABN/Rabo eurocard/creditcard in many banks in India but as yet this is still only in the bigger cities!! Travellers cheques are still king in India!! Happy Travelling!! |
