I just read something on Dutt. He was "in possesion" of weapons(don't worry - no swiss army knives
) that belonged or could be traced to the Mumbai bombing doers in the '90's ( that's bad ) . Don't understand why his dad was sympathetic to muslims part and/or Sanjay's siding if any on those issues - is his family muslim or mixed hindu/muslim? ![]()

I confess, until recently I carried a hunter (thin version of a Bowie, because of a habit developed when I was doing research in dodgy areas and situations. I would never have drawn it except as last resort. Well, did draw it once when a Sikh pulled his ceremonial knife. He looked at that chromed 5 inch blade and lost interest..

Passed thru metal detector at Delhi bus station.. Portly guard didn't bother to get off his chair when the detector buzzed.. waved the wand over my luggage and let me pass.. Just wondering how wand could determine if what was in my luggage was 4 feet of fairly heavy chain, or a Machete.. |

Our society is structured in such a way and a father will stand by his son in whatever circumstances...a father always believes that his son might be innocent and even he is not then he must have learnt from his mistake and will improve going further.. |

In Delhi/Noida not long ago, I was barred entry into a multiplex because I had a cigarette lighter in my pocket. |

Sanjay Dutt has been imprisoned for carrying firearms and linked to terrorist activity.
That's got nothing to do with tourists carrying knives, so lets leave him out of this thread! Which never really needed more answer than "Don't!"! ![]()
