How much film? For the camera

Howdy

Just wondering if theres a limit on how many rolls of film one can bring into the country of india? Like greater than 10 would it be a problem?

For our video camera we had twenty tapes with us and we did not have any problems.

I used to carry 40 rolls (for a 4-week trip) - in pre-digital times, i.e. until about 2 years ago. But I did remove the little cardboard box both to save space and to prevent anyone from thinking I might want to sell the film rolls.

Agreed, no problems bringing in film. The customs guys might not even know it what it these days.
