Question any restrictions for hand-carried luggage?

Hi i'll be flying into New Delhi from Singapore, then to Bagdhogra.

Singapore allows (for hand-carried luggage) bringing of liquids/gels/creamas in 100ml size but must be inside the ziplock container.

I wonder: Do Delhi allow such above? I don't want to be asked to dump my ziplock container into the trash bin when check-in for Bagdhogra.

How about extra battery for phone / torch?

will appreciate advice. thanks!

p/s: i have searched online but no help

Do not carry liqour in your hand baggage. You can carry phone batteries. I have never been asked to dump my after shave or cologne.

Same rules in India as everywhere else regarding fluids/gels/creams etc in hand-baggage - Max size 100ml per container and in clear plastic resealable bag. (about A5 size) (Don't know about Delhi but will be enforced at Bagdogra.)

As regards to Batteries ... NO loose batteries in your hand baggage. I would not risk spare phone batteries either.

At some airports (not in India) I have seen batteries taken out of tourch's and thrown away.

When I went through Bagdogra earlier this year, everyone's hand baggage was searched, and all electrical equipment had to be switched on and shown working + they looked through the viewfinder of all camera's.

If in doubt pack it in your hold baggage.
