travelling to Assam

is anyone coming to Assam in India. Looking for partners to move around to places like Arunachal, Meghalaya, Mizoram.

This is not an answer to your question, but I hope you are aware that it is going to be pouring most of the time in these regions during monsoons.

Pouring is an understement, I have recently read that that that is the wettest place on earth with an amazing 250 cm's of rainfall from June to September

Start reading here and you will find much information on the Seven Sister States which may be some of the world's last wilderness.
