Hi I am planning to visit Arunachal Pradesh (AP) in Nov 1st week for 10 days (Guwahati to Guwahati). I will be all by myself. Request info for -
1) Is this a good time for AP?
2) What would be the best itinerary to cover as much as possible?
3) Since I am in Bangalore, how do I get ILP? How easy to get this?

Did you succeed with your plans? If yes, then please share some info as I am intending to travel to NE in Dec 1st week. Any other pointers on Hotels/Must see spots/etc. are also welcome.
