Northeast India this April
Planning to go, itinerary unclear but I have contacts in the administration to rely on for advice, permits, arrangements. Planning to start early April and do most of the month travelling. Travel companion cancelled on me, so if anyone else is thinking about that area and might be interested in travelling together, message me and we can see if our ideas are on the same wavelength.

Hi,
Its not very easy to travel in NE alone ...but as you said you have contacts and will get permits arranged....I'll say visit Arunachal....probably the best place in NE and maybe Nagaland....in Arunachal you might end up finding few tourists here and there and you can stick along with them...i have friends who will visiting Nagaland in 1st week of April (they have a week long festival around that time) HS |
