Mizoram, Sikkim, Kashmir, or any other hill station you can recommend?

What place do you recommend out of Mizoram, Sikkim, and Kashmir to go to? The good side of Mizoram being that it is the peaceful state in the northeast, not many people go there, and the surroundings are supposedly beautiful, the bad side being it costs more than Sikkim, which is probably a less exotic destination and more touristy but seems to be more pretty and cheaper(I wouldnt know, there arent even enough pictures of Mizoram on the internet, that is how unvisited and untouched it must be ), and then there is Kashmir, which is of course beautiful, but I am unsure about it because of the danger of risking my life..!
Or if there is any other hill station you could recommend in the north, east, or northeast which is safe, beautiful, and not as visited as, say...Mussoorie or Manali.

Thanks!
