i went to kaziranga in '98 and then again in '99. beautiful place.

have you read the book called "Walks in the wild" by Prosenjit Dasgupta. penguin books i think. He is now an old man and was a wild life photographer and bird watcher. he talks about 35? years of experiences in indian jungles. in case you are into jungles, you'll enjoy it.
