| Bhutan, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh...Help needed for a tour Hi folks I had just finished Ladakh in June and was enthralled by the sights and sceneries and want to do North-east in December this year. Am planning to do a Assam-Arunachal Pradesh-Bhutan tour for 10-11 days from 25 Dec to 6 Jan. Need the foll help from all travel freaks who have visited this region: a. Is there an entry point from Tawang to Bhutan b. Are the roads open in Dec/Jan at these places(no snowfall etc??) c. What are the permits required at Arunachal, Bhutan and how to obtain them? d. Any help on a itinerary will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance... |

 | hi in 2007 i visited Bhutan, a real paradise... i entered from rangia Assam to Sandrupjonghar Dristic Bhutan.. from that place you can go to thimphu and all other places.. i visited many times to tawanag but never entered from tawang to Bhutan...dec- jan a good time to visit these places.. but may be snowfall in tawang... other areas Ok in arunachal And Assam... you can visit Majuli Island in Assam.. great place to travel... |
