Bangladesh - nightlife in Dhaka

Does anybody know if there is some nightlife in Dhaka ? What about Tanbazar and Nimtali ? How to reach Tanbazaar and Nimtali from Dhaka City ? Is Tanbazar the same place as Nimtali ? Thanks.

Hi! When I was there, for a while,quite sometime ago,talking about night life in Dhaka was out of the question,there was non,besides a restaurant or two in Banani and Gulshan,the bars of the five stars,and once a week the happy hour at the bar of the Australian Embassy.Don't know how it is now.
