Additional Requirements for Arunachal
Additional Requirements for Arunachal
The following information/news was forwarded to me in regards to my upcoming trip to Itanagar in Arunachal. Does anyone know if the additional requirements noted are actually in force?

After extensive googling (!) I managed to find this article which talks about the new requirements for tourists entering Arunachal Pradesh:
http://arunachalnews.com/swine-flu-h...arunachal.html
which mentions that many tourists trying to obtain a Restricted Area Permit for Arunachal were denied one because they are originating their travels in a country which is currently suffering from swine flu.

Apparently the 10-day requirement is no longer. Nice to know this a few days before we all meet in Delhi. http://www.indiamike.com/india/images/smilies/cool1.gif Similar Threads
