About Losar 2009 date in Tawang, Arunanchal Pradesh

i got from some sites the generic losar is abt 2009 Jan 27th, but some site such as the below quoted 2009 Feb 11 specifically for Tawang.

My wish is to have it within a less than two week trip including visiting via calcutta, so i need to know the dates accurately. wonder if anyone can enlighten me on this.

and the fastest way to reach tawang, is that to take flight from calcutta to tezpur then to take bus to tawang? is there faster ways of doing that and avoiding land transport as i'm prone to motion sickness on prolonged land travel?

Dear zoossh,
I dont think there is any direct flight from Kolkata to Tejpur. U have to go via Gwuhati. Earlier there was a direct flight of alliance air but now a days that is not there.

A helicopter service is available from Guwahati to Tawang. Am not sure if it will be available during that time of the year or not. Am also searching for more info on the same as I'm planning to take my return journey to Guwahati by helicopter in first week of October but no idea if it would be operative or not at that time.
