The magic of Orissa

Orissa, lying on the eastern coast, boasts of a large diversity of natural wonders! From the fascinating architectures of the mediaval temples, to the brimming sea beach of Puri....from the enchanting lagoon of Chilika to the dense canopy of the Simlipal forest...from the george of Satkosia to the tranquil sea side of Gopalpur...this state has just the perfect spectrum of amazement to offer. Puri and its sorrounding areas have been the favorite destination of tourists (more specifically Bengali tourists) since long, however, correct me if I am wrong, this state has not been a popular destination for tourists and travellers of other parts of India. With the tourism infrastructure of Orissa being quite developped with well connecting roads and railway traversing the entire length of the state, and decent accomodation facilities almost everywhere...Orissa desereves a little more attention among travellers.
