We would just like to suggest Tibetan area in Delhi
Looking for a place to stay in Delhi. Once you have your feet on the ground, make your way to the Tibetan sector of Delhi. Good eats, wonderful people and good accommodations.

The area is called Majnu ka Tila. The Kashmiri gate metro station is quite close to this area.

I will be visiting Dehli next month and my sister has asked me to bring home some Tibetan prayer flags. Do you think they might be available in the Majnu ka Tila area>
