In Goa
Palolem, mandrem colva are clean and one of the best beaches around that i have seen .... you might few good 1s in kerala too |

Thailand also is affected by the monsoon, East vs. West coasts so check that out as well..

I thought that the East of the Gulf of Thailand isn't that much affected by the monsoon...or?
