Day 1 DELHI - PITHORAGARH (1851mts) 503kms / 17hrs Hotel
Overnight journey by bus. Arrival in the morning at Pithoragarh, also known as the part of Sor valley. Pithoragarh is a curious amalgamation of the town and the village, the settlement and the agriculture fields. Famous for leather, wooden, woolen and cane goods the town also has a host of temples. Spend the day sightseeing in the Sor valley. Dinner and overnight in hotel. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)



Day 2 PITHORAGARH - MUNSIYARI (2290mts) 154kms / 6hrs Hotel
Drive from Pithoragarh to Munsiyari to arrive by evening. Munsiyari is the roadhead for trek. From Munsiyari one can get an excellent view of the Panchchuli peaks. Dinner and overnight in hotel.(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)



Day 3 MUNSIYARI - LILAM (1852mts.) 15kms / 5hrs Tents
Trek from Munsiyari to Lilam to arrive by evening. A walk along to Gori river with Paton and Bhui villages on the left banks, one reaches the villages of Lilam. Dinner and overnight in tents. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)



Day 4 LILAM - BOGUDIYAR (2450mts.) 12kms / 4hrs Tents
Trek from Lilam to Bogudiyar to arrive by evenig. In the thick forest of Uttes, the Ralam rivulet meets to Gori Ganga. After a steep upil climb one reaches Bogudiyar, where the Poting rivulet meets Gori river. Dinner and overnight in tents.(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)



Day 5 BOGIDIYAR - LASPA - NANDAKOT - RILKOT(3200mts) 12kms / 4hrs Tents
Trek from Bogidiyar to Rilkot to arrive by lunch. Enrout one can divert to the Laspa village and further to northern glacier of Nandakot Rilkot village situated above the river and one can visit ruins of old Rilkot. Afternoon at leisure sightseeing program. Dinner and overnight in tents on the river beach.

Day 6 RILKOT - MILAM VILLAGE (3434mts.) 20kms / 5hrs Tents
Trek from Rilkot to Milam to arrive by evening. One gets the view of Martoli peak soon after Rilkot and after crossing the bridge at Burfu the trek is on the left bank of the Gori river and views include that of Longstaff Col. The Eastern and main peaks of Nanda Devi Sanctuary and the Har Deval peak. Dinner and overnight in tents. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)



Day 7 MILAM VILLAGE - MILAM GLACIER - MILAM VILLAGE 16kms / 8hrs Tents

Trek from Milam village to Milam glacier and back to Milam village to arrive by evening. Trek brings one to the Milam glacier with various glaciers feeding the main one from different valleys. Dinner and overnight in tents at Milam glacier. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)



Day 8 MILAM VILLAGE - RILKOT (3200mts) 20kms / 7hrs Tents
Trek back to Rilkot from Milam village to arrive by evening. Dinner and overnight in tents.(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)



Day 9 RILKOT - BUGDIYAR (2450mts) 12kms / 4hrs Tents

Trek from Rilkot to Bugdiyar to arrive by evening. Dinner and overnight in tents.(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)



Day 10 BUGDIYAR - LILAM (1850mts) 16kms / 6hrs Tents
