A recommendation for a nice Ayurvedic retreat - not Ananda Spa:)?

Hello

I've always wanted to spend a week in a good retreat with decent comfort and Ayurvedic treatments for general well being.

I obviously can't afford Ananda Spa (anyway too posh and hyped) so this is to check if anyone has any experience with other places that could be recommended.

Location is irrelevant.
