puri tour

hi all

i am new to this site although not new to dear earth.Any way ,i am going to puri and staying at oyester bay resort on 25 th december with my family.does anybode have any idea,how is the hotel? and moreover i want a car to drop us at the resort from the staion,does anyone know a reliable driver for this purpose at puri .

After getting down from station, just one or two of you have a walk to the place where all cars/buses are there. (Hardly 50-100 meters). You can have a talk and book it (keep in mind that the rates are negotiable).

thanks dr sarkar..is it possible to travel to chilka and get back to puri ,the same day?

Yes you can do it. Hire a car, start in the early morning. Excellent scenic road between Puri and Chilka. You can have boat ride there, try for OTDC boat.

friends ,planning to go to ranikhet-binsar-kaushani-munsiyari..,what will be the possible route?planning to go to delhi first and then to kathgodam,from where we will reach ranikhet.one night at kmvn and then should we proceed to binsar or go straight to munsiyari and come back?i am travelling with my wife and 8 year old kid..
