You can have a tour to Puri, Konark. Puri is famous for Lord Jagannath Temple and a great sea beach.
Then Konark is famous for great architech
"Sun Temple". Near Bhubaneswar you can find, Khandagiri, Udaygiri.
You can njoy some odissi dance if you get a chance.

Suprised no one has mentioned Chilka Lake yet!!
Wow Den - you have many choices. Reading the list made me nostalgic - you see I was brought up in Orissa for 15 years (teens), mostly in Bhubaneswar! So, going to Puri, Konark, all of the temples in BBSR (as it is called in short), Dhauligiri, was a ritual when we had visitors. Chilka lake is supposed to be nice but I have never been there, same goes for Gopalpur-on-sea.
Have fun and enjoy.
Cheers

Namaste Den - look up a book, "The Goddess in the Stones" by Norman Lewis. Details his travels in tribal Orissa.
