Date of Rath Yatra 2004?

could anyone translate this for me, please.

two days after the new moon day of the month of Asadh.

this is the day when rath yatra starts this year.

LP says it starts on 6 june this year but gives the advise to check this date nearer the time.
so, could anyone tell me if thats correct, please.
is it the same as "two days after the new moon day of the month of asadh"?

The lunar month is divided into two fortnights, one fortnight ending on the full moon day(Poornima) and the second on the new moon day(Amavasya). After the new moon day, the lunar month changes.

The start of the rath yatra is actually two days after the new moon day of "Jeshtha", not Ashadh.

This year the festival starts on June 19, which is two days after the new moon day of Jeshtha; and hence falls in Ashadh.
