We have been getting a number of calls from friends and relatives of tourist at present in Orissa.This is to inform you all that the tourist area of Puri,Gopalpur,Konark and other beachtowns are safe.There is no report of anyone missin g or dead in the fatal accident of Tidal quake.
the effect is reverse on Puri beach

Rangers, thanks for the update; a year ago, I was in Puri and was worried about my friends there!
I stayed at Z too in November this year. The guys there are just so nice. I just loved that place.
Ranger I nearly made it to your place but had a little bike mishap on the way so that idea got canned.
Does the beach look any different now???
