Hornbill Festival 2011
Hornbill Festival 2011
Hi, this december I will be in Nagaland for this festival and I'm looking for some info about it. Is it worth to spend the whole week there or 2/3 days are enough? I'm also looking for a cheap place to stay but apparently the budget hotels and the homestays don't have emails, so I was thinking about going there a couple of days before and try to find something or somebody that can host me. The alternative could be Dimapur, which is not so far from Kohima.
Transportation is expensive in those parts.
3 days should be fine. But you should check out the neighboring areas since you are going all the way there.
My 2 cents.
