Your favourite places to eat in Mumbai????
Where are the places that we MUST eat at while in Mumbai? I'd love to hear about your favourites- address/directions would be great too! Where are some of the best places to go for thali? As long as our toddler can get a mango lassi, we're all happy!
So that rules out the Golden Arches Sorry if this has been asked before- I just browsed all 7 Mumbai pages and couldn't see anything similiar. Perhaps I'm in the wrong forum Thanks! |

Panchavati Gaurav ( opposite bombay hospital, marine lines) for AWESOME thalis, i think its rs 105 -150 for a thali and has something like 20 items on it!!also chetana restaurant ( in fort, colaba) for thalis; Mahesh lunch home & Trishna in colaba for great seafood...K Rustom & Co at the western end of veer nariman road...exceptional lassi...been around 40 years Badde miyan is great for kebabs ( behind taj hotel , colaba , on tulloch road)...and now im soooo hungry talking of all this have fun experimenting mumbai's culinary delights |

Bade Miyan's please...
If you like some spicy Mughlai food with a generous does of oil, you have to try BADE MIYAN"S (it's a food-cart behind the Taj Mahal hotel, Colaba)
Don't go by the way it looks, people from all over town come there to eat..... Even if you don't like, just try it.... not to be missed.... Egg Rotis (mmmm) and other chicken delicacies available..... Enjoy.... ![]()

Have you walked through the Port Trust and checked out how that seafood gets from the water to the Mumbai restaurants?
