| Train or plane Mumbai - Goa Flying into mumbai 3.00pm dec 3rd. Going to Goa for about 10 days. Air fare one way about us$50. Can't figure out how to book train. Not too bothered about cost, so which is better train or plane? If train will need a hotel in Mumbai due to having flown from the Uk and will need rest. But if plane will have to trek out to airport and hang around there. Any one done both? Whuch is better? Thanks Boo |

| Well.. at a cost of US$50, that's quite a cheap ticket. You should be there in around 50 minutes. The train is a 10+ hour journey but significantly cheaper. I'd go for the flight down and a train back. Cheers Zoltan

| I guess getting a ticket for less than $70 is not much of a possibility... For trains you can use www.irctc.co.in |
