Tailor in Mumbai
I'm wondering if you have any recommendations for a great tailor in Mumbai. I will be there in December visiting for a month. Mumbai will be my first/last stop and I'm interested in getting a wedding dress made while I'm there. It would be an american style wedding dress. Any recommendations, ideas? Should I bring my own fabric?? Patterns? Pictures of dresses? I'm not sure how one chooses the style of a general item to be tailored.
All information is welcomed. |

I Dont have any ready references off hand, but yes! mumbai has some amazing designers/tailors. You dont have to bring your own fabric or picture, unless you have a particular idea in mind..and only want to go with that. Designers are pretty innovative and can definately come up with some sketches for you to choose from. I love getting outfits tailored and have seldom been disappointed at the end. Will rummage for some names, and let you know soon!
