Hi,
I am searching for a photo studio in Mumbai (anywhere along the Western Line) which develops and prints b/w rolls. General suggestions for a good studio would also be welcome, since the one I frequent at the moment (it's a new place in Borivali) delivers fluctuating quality. It's great on some days and downright ugly on other days. Maybe someone knows a more reliable photo store? Thanks. |

Which area are you looking for? Try linking road near McDonalds (Bandra West). Also fort area should have a few good stores.

I am not looking in any particular area. If need be, I'll travel to get there. It would be convenient if the store was located somewhere along the Western Line.
Besides, I know I could just walk into any photo shop, but I would much prefer to approach a shop that has been tested by someone already. Something like G.K. Vale in Bangalore. There is no point in having couple of rolls spoiled and finding a good store after, say, a dozen rolls. |

Try Mazda Photo at Fort or Mitter Bedi at Colaba in the lane behind Regal Theatre. Nowadays B&W photography is a dying art and it will be really difficult to get someone to do an excellent job all the time.
Cheers, Aadil.
