Schools in Powai
I'm planning to relocate to Powai and before that want to finalise a school for my son - need to put him in Junior KG next year. I observe the following schools are there in Powai.
1. Gopal Sharma Memorial School
2. Hiranandani Foundation School
3. Bombay Scottish School
4. S.M.Shetty School
Can someone brief me about the admission process in these schools. Also, i'm quite sceptical on the fees of Bombay Scottish or Hiranandani. If you have some rough idea, please provide the same.

What about KV IIT Powai
I joined that in 1993 when we moved from Delhi - though I had my reservations coming from a Public school like The Air Force School - I must say i enjoyed both the education and experience in KV IIT Powai.
Also it has big open spaces where children can play and devlop their mind unlike single building school without any or small play grounds
But being a KV you might have diffculty in getting admission for your child there .

Thanks Dimitrz..
I did not include KV as getting admission there will be difficult as I'm not employed with Central Govt who are given priority I suppose.

Aruganpath,
Which school did you narrow down on for your kid.
I am looking for admission for my kids for next year to 6th grade and Pre-school at Hiranandani or Bombay Scottish.
Any pointers to following questions would be a great help..
1. Any pick on Hiranandani or Bombay Scottish?
2. What is the admission procedure? We were told that admissions are done by December, but they don't offer any forms...
3. What's the fee structure for these schools?
Please advice.
Regards,
HarryD
