I want to buy new 1BHK flat in navi mumbai, khandeshwar which is near to panvel.

Can any body tell me the current price of per squre foot in khandeshwar!!

I am not sure anyone's going to be able to answer this for you. All you may get is a massive price range. It's best to look up on the real estate sites or call the broker.

thanks a lot for your reply. Basically I checked on many real estate websites, but all that rates are too high than the current rate and that are just indicative rates.

I need reply from anyone who has just bought any house in khandeshwar or any resident of khandeswar who knows exact current rate range.

That will help me to bargain per square foot rate with my builder where I booked new 1bhk just now.
