Hi Kunal,

, Oh well, whether you joke or be serious, you cannot get away from my bombardments
!! I am now so much used to writing something or the other, one cannot keep me away from boring you people
!About the camera, No it's not a DSLR camera I am told, its Sony HX100V!! I cannot comment about the technical aspects of the camera as i am totally dumb about that! But initially I was bugged to learn a few things to even just click a normal photo! I prefer my other Sony digicam, but I must tell you there is a vast difference in the photo quality of the new camera. Most of the photos of MNP, are from the new camera. Where as the photos in my previous trip reports are mostly from my old camera except for a few photos on my Jayamangali Black buck Conservation reserve report!! We had 3 cameras with us & I was clicking awa merrily with which ever camera I could lay my hands on
. At SGNP, I see there is a new facility coming up soon, I believe...Remember, you 1st saw it here
Nature Lovers / travelers Residence (more so tents)!! Took these photos today on our morning walk!

The tents inside the compound looks like this:

Apart from that, Just a few photos of the beautiful views today morning at SGNP:

Early bird gets to swim

When do we take the plunge:

I am better off on the tree, could you spot me?

Colors of the day:

Thanks Kunal
! Oh yes, Mr. Rao is happy not for me but for himself, he is able to click better photos than me from the new camera
! Infact, the early morning Sun rays photos have been taken by him! But definitely 'Total Paisa Vasool'
. But I still love my P & S camera!I really don't know from when the tents would be available, because, I still see some work in progress in that place. The construction seems to be 85% done, but I saw a canteen of sorts being readied right in the middle of that compound. Anyway, I'll keep an eye on the progress for sure. Needless to say I will update the info too

!
An hour at the Gorai jetty!
A few minutes at Gorai jetty, Borivali.
Finding the day very boring, today I went towards the Gorai jetty at Borvali (West) to spend sometime. I wasn't disappointed
! To me it might have been a dull and somewhat a silent winter day, not for these people at this market:

Even they were busy:

They were the busiest of all
:

The catch was big, I feel:

She wanted that fish to be clicked in all it's glory!

So once I get thru the market in the narrow passage of the Gorai jetty towards the main jetty where boats ferry people to & from Essel world, I could see this:

Standing still:

Pagoda at a distance!

On the one shore at a distance I see these birds busily going about their duties!

Not to take any chance, this one sat at a distance.

But there was another one which seemed to be more courageous!

And this one ofcourse had to prove that it was the smartest around!

At some distance in the backwaters, there were a few others going about their business silently!

Somebody did not like me clicking the photos, so decided to awkwardly take off
!

By the time I decided to leave the place, the fish market also was almost empty with the complete stock being sold out!!

So time to say good bye and leave!

Naveena, it seems you had a good outing at Gorai. thanks for the pictures.
If your day visit was so fruitful (birding wise) then early morning would be awesome for birding.
