mumbai hotels I've read through the forums, but could not find any current information about hotels in mumbai. I'm looking for a hotel close to Bandra. It should be $70 US (with taxes, etc..) and most of all, clean, with shower and toilet and no rats or bugs in the room. Can anyone provide hotels that fit the above criteria ? I"ll be there in mid to late Feb. 2008. thanks, sylvestor

Hi for hotels and flights Use desiya.com and they will give you the hotels which cannot be found on most websites. Excellent service you can book it online from overseas or if you are in India you can go to a cyber cafe and book on line. They have offices in US, UK and India. You can pick the neighbourhood where you want to stay. I have used that service before for a hotel in kodaikanal. Also, one can go into mobissimo.com website and go into the india website they show flags of 3 countries one is india which is the orange green and white. click there and you can see the hotels and prices. I have not used this website for hotels but for all international flight bookings - EXCELLENT WEBSITE. They also do domestic - india bookings of flights they also have reviews of what others have said. Hi i forgot to mention - BOTH take FOREIGN CREDIT CARDS FOR ONLINE BOOKING Last edited by machadinha; Oct 18th, 2007 at 08:15.. Reason: merged posts

Hi you may also try expedia.ca or expedia.com for US. here is a link i found Hotel Bandra residency http://www.expedia.ca/pub/agent.dll?qscr=htfv it is about $70.80 canadian Not much of the hotel details are mentioned but you can google and get the rest of the info I have found some of the hotel rates a little cheaper on the expedia.ca (Canadian) than on the .com US website. hope this helps. Unless you found better on the other websites mentioned. kind regards
