Mudslides near Mumbai

Just saw a report on BBC World news saying that torrential monsoon rains have triggered mudslides in a couple of locations south of Mumbai and that flights and trains into / out of Mumbai have been cancelled.

All a little troubling considering we're due to arrive there a week from now!

Anyone on the ground in Mumbai or Maharashta have any more info?

Guess I'll pack my snorkel...

all flights will be running as per schedule from tomorrow as far i know and also life is slowly getting back to normal except in a few areas which are terribly hit.

overall everything should be ok until next week unless ofcourse the rain gods go berserk again.
