Luggage Storage
Yes, a very dull question, but i arrive in Mumbai on thursday (yipee!), and i'm concerned about luggage storage... I've got a tent and some stuff to stash for four months (which i'll be using in NZ, after india), so can anyone recommend a cheap place... I'd prefer it to be in town, and not at the airport, but either will do. How much would i be looking to pay... i haven't got much cash, so if it's loads i'll leave the tent at home.

I haven't used and storage in Mumbai, but I found in other major cities, some of the hotels will store your gear if you ask. They may charge a very small few, however it sort of clinches it that you will come back to the hotel to stay on your return.
So if you stay in Mumbai for a few days, ask your hotel if they will store it, if not, I bet they would be able to recommend a good place. Mike sorry I couldn't give you an exact place to go...but this has worked for me. |

Ta, yeah i suppose the hotel will be able to sort something out. Looks like the tents comming then.
