International airport to domestic in under 3 hours?

Hi, we're panicking a little as our plane lands at the Intl. airport at 11.40 am on new years eve, and our jet airways flight to Goa leaves at 14.35 pm.
How do you rate our chances?

I have similar situation - 2-1/2 hours transfer domestic to international with Jet. From inquiries I have made, apparently 3 hours is recommended minimum. Jet has reputation for punctuality so hopefully incoming flight not delayed. I have been told to approach any Jet airways staff at baggage collection and will do their best to help if any delay. Good luck and fingers crossed for both of us.

I wouldn't panic too much. On average it takes me about 1½ to 2 hours to collect my bags and get to the Domestic Terminal.

Don't hang about at the airport - get straight to the font of the queue if you can - people will understand if you tell them you have a connecting flight!

Ask the staff, and I'm sure they will help too!

Agreed. Just make sure you have your connecting domestic ticket in hand and not buying it later as they wont allow you to get on the tranfer buses. Happened to me ..had a Kingfisher PNR number but no print out of the original, so they wouldnt let me on the bus. I had 6 hours to waste so didnt mind taking a taxi to the domestic terminal.

Not so fast. International flights are more often than not late at Mumbai and Delhi by 30 min to 60 min and as a result you will have to be really fast to get your connecting flight. Collecting your baggage can also take time if 3-4 international flights have arrived at the same time.
