Ice Skating in Mumbai?
You'd have more luck finding Stonehenge in Bombay. I very very very strongly doubt it. You can always whip 'dem roller blades out!

Shimla has one. More for roller than ice though. The day I was there it was obviously hosting a red-faced monkey convention and although there was plenty of 'monkey business' going on - skating was 'not' the activity of choice.

Well how about that. I was thinking Essel but I guess I thought that was just water.
