Laxmi Hotel on S V Road, part of the Image Restaurant (Restaurant in front, hotel behind and on first and second floor.

On the corner of SVRoad (Goregaon) and Chincholi Rd......Chincholi Rd,.. going east on it leads to the Inorbit Mall and going west leads to Western Expressway.....SV Road going north leads to Malad (Rs 10 in rickshaw...Rs14 to Kandivali), going south on SVRoad leads to Goregaon Station (Rs 9 ride). Laxmi is convenient, right on SVRoad, bus stop right opposite the Hotel

I stayed there a month, friendly staff, Manager is Thomas,
TEL: 91 22 2872 2777, and 91 22 2873 6506 I paid Rs 1400 for a double room/ twin beds, and that was in November / Dec 2006....I searched around Malad / Kandivali and this was the best I could find - no relation and no connection to staff or the hotel. Depending on how long you will be staying, Thomas will do his best to give you a good rate.....just ask him.

O Eater, just another Q. How about the noice? I remember S.V. road to be very crowded.

I really dont believe that noise was a problem...there was double glaze windows in my room......good luck with your mumbai trip.
