hotels around Linking road and dadar

my friend is coming to Bombay in a weeks time - are there any reasonably priced hotel (upto £30) around in bombay - especially near linking road and in
Dadar or Khar area

Or which is cheaper area for hotels in Bombay - Khar , Chembur , Colaba ,
Andheri, etc ....

i was in mumbai in feb this year and stayed at the executive enclave, about 5minutes walk from linking rd in bandra.
i don't know how much 30 pound is in rupee, but i shared a room and we payed 900 rupee per night each (ie, 1800 rupee per night for the room).
i would thoroughly recommend it, it was spotlessly clean, we had a bathroom, fridge, tv, fan, aircon and the staff were extremely helpful.
