Hotel near airport or CST?

Hi!
We are going to Mumbai for first time and wondering where to stay and rest few hours.
Our flight is landing at 5am and train leaves at 11pm.
Timing is quite bad, i think we need to book for two days unless someone can tell if there is any hotel nearby with 24hour check in-check out.
We hope to see some Mumbai, eat well and get some rest before move on, thats all..
But the question is which hotel and where about in the city?!

No hotel will offer you a check out of 24 hours. You will either have to wait at the airport till 9 to make use of the day package at the hotels at the airport or would have to wait till 12 at CST to check into a hotel at CST till your train time. There are a lot of hotels both at the airport & at CST that can suit all budget.

We found hotel with late (9pm) check out and booked that

Not sure where your train is leaving from but you should take a hotel closer to the train station. And the best places in Mumbai are in southern Mumbai the old city. Welcome and have a good, noisy, sweaty and crowded time! :-)
