What are some of the "it" places to be in mumbai nightlife? i've been to Henry Thames, Prevey, White, and Wink. Any other cool places? and if so whats so good about them. thanks.

OK...I've already got the lowdown from pals that although my wardrobe consists of only saree and salwar kameeze at home, I have to put together a western bar outfit in order to get in the door of most entertainment establishments (?????????...um...can we all say irony?)

So fine...will do that...whatever bar wear is...I will have to figure that one out.

So the big question....where to hit? I am looking for old rock and roll or bollywood/bhangra (less remix, not rap bars).

Am I barking up the wrong tree or does this magical place in my head exist?

I am not that much into this scene, however Old Rock and roll might be difficult to find here..however bollywood/bhangra should not be a issue..barring some places where they play only hip-hop (so boring)most of the places would have bollywood and punjabi tunes plus some english numbers..

Chech out the link I gave earlier..thats the best source for Mumbai..

as for wester outfits..anything non Indian will do...even a Jeans and top will be fine..

and am not really out to totally tear one on or anything. Just want to experience a nite life evening I can handle! LOL
